My Website Is Being Updated — Here’s What I’m Offering That Hasn’t Been Listed Yet

If you’ve been exploring my website and noticed that some of my work is referenced in blogs or conversations — but doesn’t yet have its own page on the site — you’re not imagining things.

My site is currently being refreshed to better reflect what I’m currently offering.

And since this could take some time, I wanted to share here what’s new, expanded, or offered differently than what’s currently outlined online.

Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP): A Nervous-System–Focused Listening Therapy

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is currently listed on my website. This is a music-listening therapy to help increase social connections and help us feel more ‘safe’ around other people. The Safe and Sound Protocol has a ‘cousin’ that I now also offer — called the Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP). While they are offered in similiar ways, they have different end-goals and purposes for their use.

RRP uses specially filtered music designed to support:

  • nervous system regulation

  • improved interoceptive awareness (your ability to sense internal cues)

  • restoration after periods of chronic stress or overactivation

Compared to SSP, RRP tends to feel slower, gentler, and more settling for many people — especially those who are already high-functioning but exhausted.

It’s particularly supportive for:

  • chronic stress and burnout

  • sleep and digestion challenges

  • preparation or integration around deeper therapeutic work

Standalone Rest and Restore Protocol Package

I typically offer the Rest and Restore Protocol for free to clients who meet weekly or every other week in therapy.

For those who prefer to just do RRP without committing to ongoing therapy I now offer a standalone package for it.

Rest and Restore Protocol Package — $350

  • 6 months of access to the RRP listening therapy

  • One orientation video call with me to explain how it works and what to expect

  • One integration video call after you complete the 3 hour program to integrate what arose

  • Ongoing email access to consult with me during the 6-month period

You may listen to the protocol multiple times during those six months. The orientation and completion calls occur before and after your first time going through the listening program.

This option is ideal for those who want structured support without weekly sessions, or for those who already work with another therapist and want to add in RRP as a supplement to the therapeutic support you already have.

Somatic Experiencing (SE)

I talk about somatic therapy a LOT in my blogs but it doesn’t have a dedicated page on the website yet.

As a current student of the Somatic Experiencing Institute, I offer somatic experiencing–informed sessions focused on:

  • stabilization and grounding

  • working with the physiology of stress

  • restoring safety at a nervous system level

These sessions can be:

  • solely somatic experiencing–focused

  • integrated with EMDR

  • paired with nervous system listening therapies like SSP or RRP

Somatic therapy is often less about “processing” and more about restoring capacity — helping your system feel safe enough to change without force.

Short-Term, Focused Therapy Intensives

While some people enjoy seeing the same therapist for years, that isn’t how I love to work.

I’m especially drawn to short-term, intentional containers — where we name a focus and work toward it clearly and efficiently.

I’m currently offering therapy intensives, where we plan to work together over three months, targeting something specific rather than staying open-ended and dancing between many different topics.

While I LOVE to dance in real life, bouncing around different topics in therapy can make it difficult to feel like you’re progressing.

Sometimes deep work is more effective when it’s focused.

These intensives are well-suited for:

  • navigating life transitions i.e. starting a business, ending a relationship, moving

  • nervous system regulation and stabilization

  • working through a specific pattern or block

  • preparation or integration around deeper experiences

This model respects your time, energy, and momentum — and supports meaningful change without unnecessary prolonging.

In-Person Sessions Now Available in Carmel-by-the-Sea

In addition to virtual work across California, I’m now offering in-person sessions in Carmel-by-the-Sea, serving clients in Monterey, Big Sur, and Santa Cruz.

In-person work can be especially supportive for:

  • somatic therapy

  • EMDR

  • nervous system–based interventions

  • grounding and integration

If you’ve been waiting for an in-person option, it’s now available.

If You’re Curious About Working Together
